Opening up on 12th March 2023, The Hub is a NHS venue that is a collaboration of the 7 GP surgeries that make up the Middleton Primary Care Network in partnership with other health providers including Rochdale Borough Public Health, Rochdale Health Alliance and HMR Primary Care Academy who have come together to provide a new venue to access health care surgeries.
The services we provide at the PCN Hub include, Physiotherapy, Clinical Pharmacists/Technicians, Social Prescribing, Phlebotomy (bloods), Mental Health appointments and services to help stop smoking.
